We received support from the Mayo LEO and their team was great and then progressed to secure CSF funding with Enterprise Ireland. I always find application processes complicated and WestBIC support was superb. They made it far more digestible and provided very useful advice which provided great value to Payslip.

Future Plans
We are revolutionizing global payroll management so that it becomes foundational for executing a growth agenda. We are the technology partner that high growth companies need to create a scale up advantage for growth efficiency. 2020 saw saw a nearly 100% increase in employee headcount, 40% revenue growth, and 25% quarterly customer growth.
We secured €8.3m in a Series A financing round in 2021 which will enable the company expand and create 150 new jobs.

Words of advice & Key Issues for new start-ups
Courage is key - You have to be brave, and not be worried about having egg on your face. The most important part at the outset is getting out there and talking to as many people as possible in the market.
