ST3ER
Article content
This project includes 6 diverse partners representing 5 countries: Ireland, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain and Denmark.
The objectives and corresponding activities of the ST3ER project are driven by the disruptive challenges and complex working environments the tourism SMEs and their eco-systems in the target territories are facing, catalysed by the climate change, globalisation, demographic change, as well as most recently - by the COVID pandemic and economic and geopolitical uncertainties resulting from BREXIT and the war conflict in Ukraine.
ST3ER will put in place key ingredients required to equip the tourism orientated SMEs with a more responsive, resilient ecosystem, capable of growing and developing coordinated responses to many challenges the tourism industry is facing to support the achievement of the European goals. It will harness and multiply the power of new initiatives to create a collaboration driven innovation network - resulting in enhanced, more inter-connected, competitive, and sustainable tourism ecosystems.
Project partners include Údarás na Gaeltachta, WestBIC (Ireland), UPTEC - Science and Technology Park of University of Porto (Portugal), Development Centre of the Heart of Slovenia (Slovenia), CEEI Bahía de Cádiz (Spain) and Creative Business Network (Denmark).
