Dr Greg Heaslip is an AI transformation advisor, educator, entrepreneur, and founder of Westmar Consulting and The AI Academy. He helps leadership teams move from fragmented AI experimentation to practical adoption, redesigned workflows, and measurable business value. An Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Trinity College Dublin (Executive Education Dept.), Greg combines academic rigour with more than 30 years of operating experience across business transformation, SaaS, manufacturing, life sciences, and operational improvement. He previously founded PlanDomino, an AI-enabled laboratory planning and workflow platform that was acquired by Bluecrux. Greg specialises in closing the widening gap between what AI technology can do and an organisation’s ability to use it effectively. His work integrates executive education, AI strategy, workforce capability, workflow redesign, governance, and implementation.
