Key themes include the challenges faced by female-led enterprises in rural areas, particularly in the areas of sustainable tourism business development. Raquel Naboa of 50 Shades Greener shared insights from her business development journey and considered sustainable business models, while Catherine O’Grady Powers of Glen Keen Farm shared her enterprise journey and the importance of preserving, conserving and promoting cultural heritage, tourism and language.
