ALPHA Innovation’s Customer Discovery workshop, aims to provide busy business founders, marketing and sales teams with an overview of an easy-to-learn technique used by startup and global companies to identify new opportunities for under-served customer personas in new or adjacent markets.
Head of Innovation, Kevin Sexton, will introduce participants not familiar with the technique, to a high level intro of: what it is; why do it; what is involved; tips to get the most out of it.
During the hand-on section of this workshop participants will be taken through the ALPHA Innovation Customer Discovery Plan Template and leave with their very own month-by-month set of actions which will help them get started.
You will leave the workshop with:
- An understanding of how to conduct your very own Customer Discovery interviews
- A prioritised list of Key Considerations most relevant to your business
- A step-by-step Action Plan that will get you started
Attending the workshop will also give you the opportunity to shape future workshops and avail of furhter coaching.
