The next act for CCSIs begins in Brussels.

The CreaSus Final Conference will take place in Brussels on 28 September 2026, bringing together cultural professionals, researchers, sector representatives and policymakers to explore how sustainability can move from ambition to everyday practice, becoming an embedded part of business planning and a driver of long-term resilience and competitiveness.

Co-funded by the European Union, CreaSus has worked for three years on sustainability business models for Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries. The project has produced practical tools, knowledge resources and exchange spaces to support cultural and creative organisations in connecting environmental responsibility with financial viability, strategic planning and stronger business models.

The final conference will present and discuss these results, connecting them with wider sector needs, skills development, academic perspectives and policy dialogue. The programme will also include a dedicated Policy Roundtable at the European Parliament, hosted by MEP Marcos Ros Sempere, creating a space to reflect on how sustainability can be better embedded in the future of Europe’s cultural and creative ecosystem.

Cultural and creative professionals, researchers, educators, policymakers, networks and organisations working on sustainability, cultural management, creative entrepreneurship and sector resilience are invited to take part.

Registrations are open and participation is free, subject to availability.
