Tailored Business Training and Mentoring
Building on our experience and expertise across the value-added enterprise spectrum, we also deliver specialist training and mentoring services. We tailor these services on both an individual and collective basis for SMEs in the region.
Usually undertaken in conjunction with other intermediaries/partners, this training can be either industry-specific (e.g. related to food, craft, IT etc.) or relating to specific disciplines (e.g. marketing, finance, and business planning).
These programmes are designed in consultation with support organisations and participants so that they are tailored to suit individual as well as general group needs. With practical experience of providing a range of business development support to clients, specific programmes are delivered through one-to-one mentoring support, group sessions and/or workshops. There is a strong emphasis on 'learning by doing' as a principle.
