The official launch of the I-Cubed Leonardo Project in which WESTBIC is Lead Partner is planned to coincide with the EBN Congress in Nantes, France this May. I-Cubed (ił) is an innovative online training approach which is targeted directly at the managers and staff of incubators, BICs (Business Innovation Centres) and business advisors, which specifically addresses the specialised support requirements of high growth SME’s. The aim of the project is to improve the competencies of managers and staff of incubators, BICs and other business advisors, and thereby enhance the quality of services and support provided to high-growth SMEs.

The launch will take place as part of the Congress Pre-Programme entitled Best Practice Tools & Methodologies for BICs and Incubators on the 18th May. The programme will consist of two streams and I-Cubed will be in stream 1: Best Practice Tools for Working with High Growth Innovation-Led SMEs. The launch will take place at 2p.m. and the format for the launch will be finalized later. The tool will also be exhibited on the two official days of the Congress i.e. 19th and 20th May.
