The US development comes about as the result of an acquisition of an existing corporation that is strategically located and offers an immediate introduction into a vibrant and growing market. The acquired company comes fully equipped and with an impressive client base. The UK venture will be a new set-up and will be run by a newly appointed Manager who has 30 years experience in the Automation Industry, including a role as MD for the past 10 years.

We have a design office for mechanical and electrical design, full machine shop with modern machinery, Fabrication, Assembly, Electrical build, Systems Design, Programming as well as Documentation & Training.”

CPS integrate the most up to date technologies including Robotics, Lasers, Control & Safety Systems into the special purpose solutions / equipment that is part of the CPS portfolio. There is a strong emphasis on R&D in the company with an exciting range of equipment coming on stream in the next 3 years. As well as the expansion abroad the company is currently doubling the size of its Tuam-based facility. Planning has been lodged to expand facilities by a further 52,000 sq. feet in the next 18 months.
